Summer for a Cause - May 9, 2026

A special thank you to Anita Mehta for hosting this event in her home for the second time. Thanks to her generosity and the support of our community, we raised $4,500 to help us reach our goals and provide funding that enables women to continue their cancer treatment.

Through Blossoms for Pink, we are committed to supporting women battling cancer by helping ease the financial burden of their care. We are deeply grateful to Anita and everyone who contributed to making this event a success.

"We are grateful to Blossoms for Pink for visiting us today; our students learned about how Blossoms for Pink combines their passion for gardening with philanthropy. Each student brought home a potted plant to share with their family. To bring this mission to life, our students got their hands dirty by painting pots, mixing soil, and planting seeds."

Thank you to the Commonwealth Academy for allowing us to fulfill our mission to teach students the importance of gardening and to earn their badges. A big shoutout to Susan, the program director, who made this happen.
